The invention provides a modular elevator traction machine. An outer rotor brushless motor is arranged in the center of a machine body and is a slender four-pole permanent magnet direct current motor;a cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer is arranged on the periphery of the outer rotor brushless motor; a traction wheel is arranged on the outer circle of the cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer; a shellis arranged at the rear end of the cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer; and an electromagnetic brake, a photoelectric encoder, a brushless motor control module and a signal acquisition control module are arranged in the shell. After an elevator system is powered off, a brake disc is clamped by a front brake shoe and a rear brake shoe by means of pressure of a front spring and a rear spring, an elevator is safely and reliably braked, the axial size of the modular elevator traction machine is equal to that of the outer rotor brushless motor, and the modular elevator traction machine and the outerrotor brushless motor are combined in parallel to form the mechanical and electrical integrated modular elevator traction machine, so that the purposes of reducing the size and the cost and improvingsafety and universality are achieved.

    一种模组式电梯曳引机,机体中心设有外转子无刷电机,外转子无刷电机是一种细长型的4极永磁直流电机,外转子无刷电机的外围设有摆线针轮减速器,摆线针轮减速器的外圆设有曳引轮,摆线针轮减速器的后端设有壳体,壳体内设有电磁制动器、光电编码器、无刷电机控制模块和信号采集控制模块;电梯系统停电后,依靠前、后弹簧的压力,前、后制动蹄夹紧制动盘,电梯制动安全可靠,模组式电梯曳引机的轴向尺寸等于外转子无刷电机的轴向尺寸,二者以并联组合的结构形式实现机电一体化的模组式电梯曳引机,以达到缩小体积,降低成本,提高安全性、通用性的目的。
