The rotary rail device comprises an upper rotary rail device and a lower rotary rail device. The rotary driving device comprises an upper rotary driving device and a lower rotary driving device which move synchronously, and the upper rotary driving device is located above the lower rotary driving device. Therefore, not only can the shaft wall of a shaft be detected in an omnibearing 360-degree mode, but also a lifting container can be detected in an omnibearing 360-degree mode, and the problem that the shaft wall of the shaft and the lifting container are inconvenient to detect is solved. Besides, the robot can be used in a modular mode, can be used in cooperation with the lifting container in a mine lifting mechanism with the lifting container, and can be independently used as the inspection robot in a mine lifting mechanism without the lifting container.
