Firstly, every two of the four ratchet wheel jacks abut against rudder carrier bolts, one end of each round steel bar abuts against a ratchet wheel jack bottom plate, and the other end of each round steel bar is rooted and welded to a steering engine base web. Then, the four hoisting rope rings are arranged at the U-shaped bent positions of the bottom of the opening of the tiller in a sleevingmode, a fixing pile is rooted on a steering engine base panel, one end of the chain block hooks the hoisting rope rings, and the other end of the chain block hooks an eye plate on the fixing pile. According to the invention, the rudder blade is firmly fixed at the zero position by utilizing the working characteristic of rotation of the rudder system, the disassembly is convenient, and each part can be repeatedly used. The method is suitable for fixing the zero position of the rudder blade.
本发明提出的是一种斜船台下水船舶固定舵叶零位的方法。在船舶下水前将舵叶、舵杆及舵承安装完毕且舵叶处于零位,利用棘轮千斤顶与圆钢棒料配合固定住舵承架以防止其转动,在舵机座上生根固定桩并利用起重绳圈和手拉葫芦将舵柄从四个方向拉住,形成固定舵叶零位的装置:首先,将四个棘轮千斤顶两两对头顶在舵承架螺栓上,圆钢棒料一端顶住棘轮千斤顶底板,另一端生根焊在舵机座腹板上。然后,将四根起重绳圈套在舵柄开口底部U形弯位置,在舵机座面板上生根固定桩,手拉葫芦一端勾住起重绳圈,另一端勾住固定桩上的眼板。本发明利用舵系转动的工作特性将舵叶牢牢地固定在零位,拆除均方便,各部件均可重复利用。适宜作为固定舵叶零位的方法应用。
