The invention discloses a ship anchor chock structure design method adopting steel plate splicing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing an initial model structure of an anchor chock; (2) determining the basic size of an anchor chock panel; and (3) optimizing an included angle between a side plate and the anchor chock panel. In the step (2) of determining the basic size of theanchor chock panel, an inclination angle of a left bevel edge and a right bevel edge of the anchor chock panel are obtained through a first sea wave impact simulation test, and in the step (3) that the included angle between the side plate and the anchor chock panel is optimized, and the included angles between the left side plate, the right side plate, the left inclined side plate, the right inclined side plate and the lower side plate of the anchor chock and the anchor chock panel are obtained through a second sea wave impact simulation test. Optimization of the anchor chock structure is achieved by establishing an impact energy evaluation formula, manufacturing of the anchor chock is facilitated, and meanwhile a sea wave impact force borne by the anchor chock is reduced to the maximumextent.

    本发明公开了一种采用钢板拼接的船舶锚台结构设计方法,包括步骤(1)建立锚台的初始模型结构,步骤(2)确定锚台面板的基本尺寸和步骤(3)侧板与锚台面板之间的夹角优化,所述步骤(2)的确定锚台面板的基本尺寸中,通过第一次海浪冲击模拟试验得到锚台面板左斜边和右斜边的倾斜角度,所述步骤(3)的侧板与锚台面板之间的夹角优化中,通过第二次海浪冲击模拟试验得到锚台的左侧板、右侧板、左斜侧板、右斜侧板、下侧板分别与所述锚台面板之间的夹角。本发明通过建立冲击量能评估公式实现了锚台结构的优化,既方便了锚台的制造,同时又最大限度地减轻了锚台受到的海浪撞击力。
