The knuckle assembly based on the cast aluminum alloy comprises a knuckle, the knuckle comprises a first fork, a second fork and a knuckle journal, a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the middle of the first fork and the middle of the second fork respectively, and a drive axle girder part and a knuckle main pin part are arranged between the first through hole and the second through hole, wherein the drive axle girder part is located in the two branches, and the steering knuckle main pin part penetrates through the first through hole, the second through hole and the drive axle girder part and is movably connected with the first through hole, the second through hole and the drive axle girder part. By the adoption of the scheme, research and practice in recent years prove that the aluminum alloy replaces ductile iron to manufacture the knuckle shaft diameter, the first fork and the second fork, the performance requirement of the knuckle shaft diameter, the first fork and the second fork can be guaranteed, the requirement for light weight is met, particularly, the obvious rising trend is shown in the application aspect of cars, and light weight is achieved in the fields of automobiles and transportation by replacing steel with aluminum.
本发明公开了一种基于铸造铝合金的转向节总成,包括转向节,转向节包括第一分叉、第二分叉和转向节轴颈,所述第一分叉和第二分叉的中部分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔,第一通孔和第二通孔之间设有驱动桥大梁部和转向节主销部,其中,驱动桥大梁部处于两分叉内部,转向节主销部贯穿第一通孔、第二通孔和驱动桥大梁部且与第一通孔、第二通孔和驱动桥大梁部之间均为活动连接;采用本发明方案,近年来的研究和实践证明,铝合金代替球铁制造转向节轴径、第一分叉和第二分叉,既能保证其性能要求,同时满足了轻量化的要求,尤其是在轿车的应用方面呈现明显上升趋势,“以铝代钢”使得汽车和交通运输领域轻量化。
