The lifting machine is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper end of the mounting frame, a plurality of symmetrically-arranged locking universal wheels are arranged on the side wall of the lower end of the mounting frame, a supporting plate is connected to the side wall of the upper end of the lifting machine, and a mounting groove is formed in the side wall of the upper end of the supporting plate; a plurality of supporting rollers arranged in parallel are arranged in the mountinggroove, the two ends of each supporting roller are rotatably connected with the side wall of the mounting groove through rotating pieces correspondingly, a driving motor is fixedly connected to the side wall of the upper end of the supporting plate, a rotating disc is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, and a groove is formed in the side wall of the rotating disc; and a steel wire rope is wound around the side wall of the groove, and a hook is fixedly connected to the end, away from the groove, of the steel wire rope. The driving motor drives the rotating disc to rotateto contract the steel wire rope so that the mold can be pulled to the supporting plate, and simple, convenient, time-saving and labor-saving performance is possessed.
本发明公开了一种铸造模具搬运车,包括安装架和升降机,所述升降机与安装架的上端侧壁固定连接,所述安装架的下端侧壁设有多个对称设置的锁止万向轮,所述升降机的上端侧壁连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的上端侧壁开设有安装槽,所述安装槽中设有多个平行设置的支撑辊,且支撑辊的两端分别通过转动件与安装槽的侧壁转动连接,所述支撑板的上端侧壁固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴固定连接有转盘,所述转盘的侧壁开设有凹槽,且凹槽的侧壁绕设有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳远离凹槽的一端固定连接有挂钩。本发明利用驱动电机带动转盘转动收缩钢丝绳从而可以将模具拉到支撑板上,简单方便,省时省力。
