The invention belongs to the technical field of track circuits, and relates to a bad shunting track testing device. The device comprises a platform and a bad shunting testing cabinet fixed on the platform, a display is arranged on the top surface of the bad shunting testing cabinet, and a direct-current power supply, a single chip microcomputer, a wireless transmitter and a current sensor are arranged in a cavity of the bad shunting testing cabinet. A voltage sensor is soldered on the single chip microcomputer; a front shaft and a rear shaft are rotationally arranged on the bottom face of theplatform, front conductive sliding rings are arranged at the two axial ends of the front shaft respectively, and rear conductive sliding rings are arranged at the two axial ends of the rear shaft respectively; a wire led out from the anode of a direct-current power supply is connected with the rear conductive sliding ring on the right side of the rear shaft, and a wire led out from the cathode ofthe direct-current power supply is connected with the rear conductive sliding ring on the left side of the rear shaft through the current sensor to measure the current in the whole loop. According tothe testing device, a traditional manual detection mode is changed, the labor intensity of workers is effectively reduced, the solving efficiency of poor shunting problems can be improved, and data are displayed and stored in real time.
本发明属于轨道电路技术领域,涉及一种分路不良轨道测试装置,包括平台及固定于平台上的分路不良测试柜,分路不良测试柜的顶面设置显示器,分路不良测试柜腔体中安装直流电源、单片机、无线传输器、电流传感器,单片机上锡焊电压传感器;平台的底面转动设置前轴、后轴,前轴轴向两端分别设置前导电滑环,后轴的轴向两端分别设置后导电滑环,直流电源正极引出的导线与后轴的右侧的后导电滑环相连,直流电源负极引出的导线经由电流传感器与后轴的左侧的后导电滑环相连,以测量出整个回路中的电流。该测试装置改变传统的人工检测的方式,有效减轻工人劳动强度,能加快分路不良问题的解决效率,并将数据实时显示与保存。
