The system comprises an automobile body; four outward moving cavities are symmetrically formed in the upper end wall and the lower end wall of the automobile body, and a first rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the moving cavities on the upper side andthe lower side; wheels are fixedly connected to the positions, in the moving cavity, of the first rotating shafts, the front ends of the wheels make contact with the ground, so that the vehicle body can run on the ground, when the vehicle is braked, rotation of axles can be used for generating electricity, and the utilization rate of kinetic energy of the vehicle is higher; when the automobile isbraked slowly, the front wheels are main braking, and the rear wheels are auxiliary braking, so that the automobile body is braked more stably, the riding experience of passengers is better, the frontwheels and the rear wheels are braked simultaneously when the automobile is braked emergently, the high efficiency of automobile braking is guaranteed, the safety of passengers is guaranteed, air canbe blown to emergently-braked tires, and tire cooling is accelerated; the tire is prevented from overheating and abrasion, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.
