In addition, the assembling mode of a traditional boneless wiper blade rubber strip isimproved, the boneless wiper blade rubber strip is designed to penetrate through a certain number of metal limiting blocks, the number of the metal limiting blocks is evenly distributed according tothe length of the wiper blade, the rubber strip is pressed more evenly, and the wiping effect is better.

    本发明公开的一种新型无骨雨刮片,是对传统的弹簧片设计进行了改变,取消了传统无骨雨刮片双根弹簧片的结构方式,而采用单根弹簧片设计,在弹簧片上设定出固定座装配孔和一定数量且均匀分布的金属限位块接铆槽,固定座通过铆钉铆接在弹簧片上,金属限位块通过专用工装收铆在弹簧片上,保证装配牢固可靠。金属限位块的数量根据雨刮片长度而设定。还对传统无骨雨刮片胶条的装配方式进行了改进,将其设计为胶条穿在一定数量的金属限位块上,金属限位块数量根据刮片长度均匀分布,使得胶条受压更加均匀,刮刷效果更好。
