The invention discloses a low-temperature emergency charging preheating system for a hydrogen energy vehicle battery pack. The system comprises a vehicle control unit, a battery management system, a vehicle-mounted charger, a battery pack temperature sensor and a PTC heater. The invention further discloses a control method of the hydrogen energy vehicle battery pack low-temperature emergency charging preheating system, and the method comprises the steps: when it is judged that preheating is needed, enabling the battery management system to send a preheating request signal; when it is judged that preheating is not needed, starting a normal charging process; after the vehicle-mounted charger receives the sent preheating request signal, enabling the vehicle-mounted charger to enter a power supply working mode; when the battery pack reaches the first scene temperature, keeping the vehicle-mounted charger relay, disconnecting the PTC relay, and after pre-charging is completed, switching onthe battery management system relay to enter a normal charging process. According to the low-temperature emergency charging preheating function, the vehicle-mounted charger is used for providing energy, a user can use the vehicle again conveniently and rapidly under the low-temperature extreme condition, and the battery pack can be preheated rapidly for emergency treatment.

    本发明公开了一种氢能源车辆电池包低温应急充电预热系统,包括:整车控制器、电池管理系统、车载充电机、电池包温度传感器、PTC加热器;还公开了一种氢能源车辆电池包低温应急充电预热系统的控制方法,判断需要预热为是时,电池管理系统发送预热请求信号;判断需要预热为否时,进入正常充电流程;车载充电机收到发送的预热请求信号后,车载充电机进入电源工作模式;电池包达到第一场景温度时,保持车载充电机继电器,断开PTC继电器,预充完成后,闭合电池管理系统继电器,进入正常充电流程。本发明的低温应急充电预热功能,使用车载充电机提供能量,方便用户低温极端情况快速进行再次用车,也可快速给电池包预热,进行应急处理。
