The invention discloses a wheel which comprises a rim and a spoke which are coaxially arranged, a plurality of spoke assemblies extending in the radial direction of the spoke are evenly distributed onthe spoke in the circumferential direction of the spoke, the radial outer edge portions of the spoke assemblies abut against the inner wall of the rim, and inter-spoke air holes are formed between every two adjacent spoke assemblies; the axial outer edge of the rim is bent to form press-fitting walls which are in press fit with the radial outer edge of the spoke assembly, the edge of the inner wall of the rim is further bent to form partition walls, and the press-fitting walls and the partition walls are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rim. The adjacent press-fitting walls and partition walls are in transition connection through limiting walls, and the limiting walls abut against the radial outer edge portions of the spoke assemblies in the circumferential direction of the spoke. The wheel is high in assembly strength and structural reliability, and safe and stable in installation and driving process. The invention further discloses a wheel manufacturingmethod for producing the wheel.
