The dynamic detection and sound wave repelling method comprises the following steps of carrying a radar, a camera, a communication module and an ultrasonic bird repeller on an unmanned aerial vehicle; using the radar for continuously monitoring whethera target exists in a radiation area with the unmanned aerial vehicle as the sphere center or not, and once the target is monitored, using the camera for continuously collecting multiple pictures, andusing the communication module for transmitting the pictures to a background; using the background for superposing the plurality of continuous pictures, calculating whether a motion trend of the target is in a natural falling state or not, needing no treatment if yes, starting a target tracking mode if not, tracking the target by the unmanned aerial vehicle, continuously getting close to the target for acquiring pictures, and continuously returning the pictures to the background, wherein the time interval of the acquired pictures is 3-30 seconds; and judging whether the target is the bird ornot, if yes, starting the ultrasonic bird repeller to repel the bird out of an airport management and control space, and if not, continuing detection without treatment. According to the dynamic detection and sound wave repelling method, aerial patrol and detection are flexible, and target discovery is more timely and accurate.
