The invention discloses a fiber resin matrix composite pressure-resistant shell opening reinforcing and sealing structure, which is composed of a reinforcing piece, a non-standard sealing check ring and an end cover, wherein the reinforcing piece is integrally formed through a die-casting process, and is bonded with holes in the wall of a composite pressure-resistant shell and the inner surface ofthe shell around the holes through a high-viscosity epoxy resin glue, one end of the non-standard sealing check ring is a curved surface, the other end is a plane, the curved surface end is completely attached to the outer surface of the composite pressure-resistant shell, the end cover is in threaded connection with the reinforcing piece and forms extrusion contact with the plane end of the non-standard sealing check ring, and a sealing ring is arranged in a sealing groove in the end face of the reinforcing piece and forms axial sealing with the end face of the reinforcing piece through bottom extrusion of the end cover. According to the pressure-resistant shell opening reinforcing and sealing structure, the non-standard sealing check ring with good fit degree with the inner wall of theshell and the non-standard sealing check ring with good fit degree with the outer wall of the shell are designed, and the contact area is increased, so that the overall structural strength after reinforcing is improved, the hole edge stress after reinforcing is reduced, and the structure is convenient to disassemble and assemble and wide in application range.

    本发明公开了一种纤维树脂基复合材料耐压壳体开孔补强密封结构,由加强件、非标准密封挡圈和端盖组成;加强件通过压铸工艺整体成型,且与复合材料耐压壳体壁上的孔及孔周边壳体内表面通过高粘度环氧树脂胶粘接;非标准密封挡圈一端为曲面,一端为平面,曲面端与复合材料耐压壳体外表面完全贴合;端盖与加强件螺纹连接并对非标准密封挡圈平面端形成挤压接触;密封圈置于加强件端面密封槽内,通过端盖底部挤压与加强件端面形成轴向密封。耐压壳体开孔补强密封结构通过设计与壳体内壁贴合度好的加强件与壳体外壁贴合度好的非标准密封挡圈并增大接触面积,提高补强后整体结构强度,减小补强后孔边应力;其拆装方便,适用范围广。
