The invention relates to an integrated battery cooler. The integrated battery cooler comprises a battery cooler core body, an electronic expansion valve and a temperature and pressure sensor, a refrigerant flows in from an electronic expansion valve inlet of the electronic expansion valve, is throttled and depressurized by the electronic expansion valve and then enters the battery cooler core body, and after evaporation heat exchange in the cooler core body, the refrigerant flows out from an electronic expansion valve outlet of the electronic expansion valve. The electronic expansion valve isinstalled on the battery cooler, the temperature and pressure sensor is integrated on the electronic expansion valve, installation is easy, and the structure is compact; and the temperature and pressure sensor can feed back the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant outlet to the controller more accurately and timely, so that the opening degree of the throttle valve port is controlled, and the flow of the refrigerant is adjusted. The refrigerant flow of an air conditioner evaporator and the battery cooler is reasonably distributed, the system energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the safety of the battery and the comfort of a passenger compartment are improved.

    本发明涉及一种集成式电池冷却器,该电池冷却器,包括电池冷却器芯体、电子膨胀阀和温度压力传感器,制冷剂从电子膨胀阀的电子膨胀阀入口流入,经过电子膨胀阀节流降压后进入电池冷却器芯体,在冷却器芯体内蒸发换热后从电子膨胀阀的电子膨胀阀出口流出。电子膨胀阀安装在电池冷却器上,温度压力传感器集成在电子膨胀阀上,安装简单、结构紧凑。并且温度压力传感器能够更准确及时的将制冷剂出口温度、压力反馈给控制器,从而控制节流阀口开度,调节制冷剂流量。使空调蒸发器和电池冷却器的制冷剂流量得到合理分配,降低系统能耗,同时提高电池的安全性和乘客舱的舒适性。
