The invention discloses graphene modified rubber and a preparation process thereof. The graphene modified rubber is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts ofnatural rubber, 25-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 40-45 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 1-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of paraffin, 1-3 parts of sulfur S, 2-6 parts ofan accelerant NOBS, 40-70 parts of high-wear-resistance carbon black, 35-60 parts of medium-super wear-resistant furnace black, 10-15 parts of graphene, 10-15 parts of calcium sulfate whisker and 1-3parts of a silane coupling agent. The invention further discloses the preparation process of the graphene modified rubber. The rubber mixture is modified by adopting graphene and calcium sulfate whiskers, so that the obtained rubber is excellent in mechanical property, high in stability, long in service life and relatively low in cost.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯改性橡胶及其制备工艺,本发明之石墨烯改性橡胶,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:天然橡胶30~50,顺丁橡胶25~30,丁苯橡胶40~45,氧化锌1~6,硬脂酸2~5,石蜡1~3,硫磺S 1~3,促进剂NOBS 2~6,高耐磨炭黑40~70,中超耐磨炉法炭黑35~60,石墨烯10~15,硫酸钙晶须10~15,硅烷偶联剂1~3。本发明还包括所述石墨烯改性橡胶的制备工艺。本发明采用石墨烯、硫酸钙晶须对橡胶混合物进行改性,所得橡胶的力学性能优异,稳定性强,使用寿命长,成本较低。
