The invention discloses a hydraulic lifting mechanism capable of achieving two-degree-of-freedom adjustment. The hydraulic lifting mechanism comprises a hydraulic lifting body, wherein a lifting tableis installed at the upper end of the hydraulic lifting body, an inclinable plate is arranged above the lifting table, one side of the inclinable plate is rotationally connected with the lifting table, and an adjusting device is installed between the other side of the lower portion of the inclinable plate and the lifting table; the hydraulic lifting body comprises a base, first hinge rods are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the base, second hinge rods are arranged between the upper ends of the first hinge rods and the lifting table, and hydraulic cylinders are hinged betweenthe second hinge rods and the upper surface of the base; and the adjusting device comprises a two-way lead screw, and the two-way lead screw is rotationally installed inside the lifting table. According to the hydraulic lifting mechanism, the second degree of freedom is adjusted through the adjusting device, so that when the lifting table ascends and descends, the hydraulic cylinders on the two sides are in the same working state for a long time and cannot be in the state of one ascending and one descending, and therefore the two hydraulic cylinders can stably work.
