The invention belongs to the technical field of building engineering construction, and discloses a tower crane installation method for a foundation bolt with an overlarge pre-embedded distance. The method comprises the steps that the distance between foundation pre-embedded bolts and the distance between fixing bolt holes of a tower crane foundation section are measured; according to the load condition of a tower crane height foundation, conversion supports are designed, each conversion support comprises a bottom plate surface, an upper panel, a connecting column, a connecting strip and a supporting strip, and the bottom plate surfaces are connected with the upper panels through the connecting columns; the supporting strips are connected with the connecting columns through the connecting strips; the conversion supports are installed on the foundation pre-embedded bolts; the upper panels of the four conversion supports are integrally calibrated; the tower crane foundation section is installed on the conversion supports; and a tower crane is correspondingly installed on the tower crane foundation section. The conversion supports are designed to be used for connecting the foundation bolts with the tower crane foundation section, and the problem that the tower crane cannot be installed on a foundation due to the overlarge pre-embedded distance of the foundation bolts in the construction process is solved; and stress components for building design are used to the maximum extent, and the cost of a tower crane installation foundation is reduced.

    本发明属于建筑工程施工技术领域,公开了一种地脚螺栓预埋间距过大的塔吊安装方法,对基础预埋螺栓之间的距离与对塔机基础节的固定螺栓孔之间的距离进行测量;根据塔吊高度基础载荷情况,设计一种转换支座,包括底板面、上面板、连接柱、连接条、支撑条,底板面与上面板通过连接柱连接;支撑条与连接柱通过连接条连接;对基础预埋螺栓安装转换支座;对四个转换支座的上面板进行整体校准;在转换支座上安装塔机基础节;在塔机基础节上相应安装塔吊;通过设计一种转换支座用于连接地脚螺栓与塔机基础节,避免了施工中因地脚螺栓预埋间距过大,塔吊无法在地基上面进行安装的问题;最大限度地使用了建筑物设计用受力构件,减少了塔吊安装基础的造价。
