The invention belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings, and specifically relates to an intelligent hoisting method for a fabricated building. The method comprises the following steps: transporting a manufactured prefabricated part to a construction site; arranging the prefabricated part needing to be assembled to a related position; hoisting the prefabricated part by using a fabricated building hoisting device; according to the gravity center deflection direction, automatically adjusting the gravity center of the fabricated building hoisting device to maintain balance so as to safely and efficiently complete hoisting operation; and after hoisting installation is completed, taking down a lifting hook from the prefabricated part. According to the scheme, a gravity sliding blockis pushed to slide in the direction opposite to gravity center deflection through cooperation of a compensation spring, a vertical rack, a transverse rack and a gear in a gravity center compensationstructure of the fabricated building hoisting device, so that the prefabricated part with the gravity center deflection returns to the normal hoisting state, and the effect of controlling the gravitycenter of the prefabricated part is achieved.

    本方案属于装配式建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式建筑智能吊装方法,包括如下步骤:将制作好的预制件运送到施工现场;将需要装配的预制件布置到相关位置;使用装配式建筑吊装装置吊起预制件;根据重心偏转的方向,装配式建筑吊装装置可自行调整重心维持平衡,安全高效的完成吊装作业;吊装安装完毕后,把吊钩从预制件上取下。本方案通过装配式建筑吊装装置的重心补偿结构内补偿弹簧、竖向齿条、横向齿条、齿轮的配合推动重力滑块向重心偏转相反的方向滑动,使重心偏转的预制件恢复正常吊装状态,起到控制预制件重心的作用。
