The invention belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and particularly relates to a rotor wing with ice preventing and removing functions and an unmanned helicopter. The rotor wing with icepreventing and removing functions comprises a rotor wing body; electric heating wires laid on the windward surface of the rotor wing body; an independent power supply used for supplying power to the electric heating wires; a heating switch used for controlling on-off of current between the independent power supply and the electric heating wires; and a deicing controller is used for controlling theheating switch to be turned on and off. According to the rotor wing with the ice preventing and removing functions and the unmanned helicopter, ice can be removed through the electric heating wires when the rotor wing body is frozen, and therefore the stability performance of the rotor wing and the flight safety performance of the unmanned helicopter are guaranteed.
