The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses an electric large-load multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle body which is provided with main beams, the structureof the body comprises two main beams, the main beams penetrate through a vehicle head to a vehicle tail, and a plurality of lightening holes and related reinforcing ribs is arranged in the middle ofthe body. Lightening holes can be used for structural lightening and matching avionics wiring. The main beams are connected with the frame, the bottom plate, the connecting corner pieces, connecting assemblies and connecting pieces to form a vehicle overall structure. The main beams are riveted with a plurality of rivets of the frame, the main beams are riveted with rivets of the bottom plate, themain beams are riveted with rivets of the connecting corner pieces, the main beam is connected with screws of the connecting assemblies, and the main beams are connected with screws of the connectingpieces. The vehicle body is mainly made of aluminum alloy, has the performance characteristics of being easy to machine, light in weight and high in strength, and has the advantages of being good instructural performance, high in stability, mature in process, low in machining cost, easy to assemble and maintain in the later period and the like.

    本发明属于无人机技术领域,公开了一种电动大载重多旋翼无人机机身,设置有主梁,机身结构中含有两根主梁,贯穿机头至机尾,中间含有多个减重孔和相关加强筋。其中减重孔可以进行结构减重和配合航电走线。主梁与框、底板、连接角片、连接组件、连接件相互连接,构成机身整体结构。主梁与框多颗铆钉铆接,主梁与底板多颗铆钉铆接,主梁与连接角片多颗铆钉铆接,主梁与连接组件多颗螺钉连接,主梁与连接件多颗螺钉连接。本发明机身主要材质为铝合金,具有易加工、质量轻、强度高的性能特点,同时具有结构性能好、稳定性强、工艺成熟、加工成本低、易于装配及后期维修等优点。
