The invention provides a ship over-limit detection device and an over-limit detection method, and relates to the field of ship navigation. The ship over-limit detection device comprises a fixing frame, a baffle and an angle detector. The baffle is rotationally connected to the fixing frame, the baffle has a vertically-arranged first state and a second state forming an included angle with the vertical direction, and the baffle rotates relative to the fixing frame and can be switched between the first state and the second state. The angle detector is used for obtaining the rotation angle of thebaffle switched from the first state to the second state. The angle detector can measure the rotating angle of the baffle rotating from the first state to the second state, and the height of the lowest position of the bottom of the ship exceeding the designed water depth of the lock chamber of a ship lock is calculated according to the rotating angle of the baffle and the cosine theorem. Over-limit measurement is carried out by adopting a mechanical principle, the probability of no measurement is low, the measurement result is more accurate, the reliability is higher, the installation is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is lower.

    本申请提供了一种船舶超限检测装置及超限检测方法,涉及船舶航行领域。船舶超限检测装置包括固定架、挡板和角度检测器。挡板转动连接于固定架,挡板具有竖向布置的第一状态和与竖向呈夹角的第二状态,挡板相对固定架转动能够在第一状态和第二状态之间切换。角度测量器用于获取挡板从第一状态切换至第二状态转动角度。角度测量器能够测量挡板从第一状态转动至第二状态的转动角度,并根据挡板转动角度和余弦定理,从而计算出船舶底部的最低位置超过船闸闸室设计水深的高度。采用机械原理进行超限测量,发生无测的几率小,测量结果更加准确,可靠性也更高,而且安装方便,造价更低。
