The invention relates to a maintenance-free connecting mechanism for a front axle knuckle and front axle of an automobile, which comprises a knuckle and a pin shaft, the knuckle is connected with a bearing beam through the pin shaft, the knuckle is connected with the bearing beam through the pin shaft, a needle bearing and a steel thrust bearing, the pin shaft is of a structure with one large endand one small end, and the diameter of the large end of the pin shaft is larger than the aperture of a bearing beam assembling hole. The diameter of the small end of the pin shaft is smaller than thehole diameter of the bearing beam assembling hole, the small end of the pin shaft penetrates through the bearing beam assembling hole, the small end of the pin shaft is sleeved with the steel thrust bearing, a vent groove is formed in the steel thrust bearing, and end covers and needle bearings are arranged at the two ends of the pin shaft respectively; adn an oil injection nozzle and an oil sealare respectively arranged in the cylindrical holes at two ends of the kunckle. An oil pipe is connected to the oil injection nozzle. The pin shaft and the bearing beam are connected in an interferencefit mode, the pin shaft structure is of a three-section step type, the diameter specifications of the upper section, the middle section and the lower section are gradually decreased step by step, anda lock pin locking structure is omitted.

    本发明涉及一种免维护汽车前桥转向节与前轴的连接机构,包括转向节和销轴,转向节通过销轴与承载梁连接,转向节通过销轴、滚针轴承和钢制止推轴承与承载梁连接,销轴为一端大一端小结构,销轴大端的直径大于承载梁装配孔的孔径,销轴小端的直径小于承载梁装配孔的孔径,销轴小端穿过承载梁装配孔,钢制止推轴承套装在销轴小端上,钢制止推轴承上开设有通气槽,销轴两端分别设有端盖,滚针轴承分别设置于销轴两端,转向节两端的圆柱孔内设有注油嘴和油封,注油嘴上连接有油管。销轴与承载梁采用过盈配合的方式进行连接,销轴结构采用三段阶梯式,上中下三段直径规格逐级递减,取消锁销锁紧结构。
