The system comprises a steering motor, a controller, a storage battery, a power battery, a DC/DC circuit and a low-voltage power supply line; the storage battery is connected to the upstream of the low-voltage power supply line, the steering motor and the controller are connected to the low-voltage power supply line in parallel, the power battery is connected with the high-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit, and the low-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit isconnected to the low-voltage power supply line; an undervoltage relay used for detecting short circuit or undervoltage of the storage battery is arranged on the low-voltage power supply line on the upstream of the low-voltage side parallel connection point of the DC/DC circuit in series, and a control coil of the undervoltage relay is directly connected with the storage battery in parallel. According to the system, when the storage battery is short-circuited or under-voltage, the storage battery is disconnected with the DC/DC circuit, so that the output voltage of the DC/DC circuit is prevented from being lowered, the power battery and the DC/DC circuit provide A-level voltage power supply for the steering motor and the controller, the power-assisted steering state is maintained, and the driving safety is improved.
本发明涉及一种助力转向系统及车辆,属于新能源汽车转向技术领域。该系统包括转向电机及控制器、蓄电池、动力电池、DC/DC电路和低压供电线路,蓄电池连接在低压供电线路的上游,转向电机及控制器并联在低压供电线路上,动力电池连接DC/DC电路的高压侧,DC/DC电路的低压侧并联在低压供电线路上,DC/DC电路的低压侧并联点上游的低压供电线路上串联设有一个用于检测蓄电池短路或者欠电压的欠电压继电器,该欠电压继电器的控制线圈直接并联所述蓄电池。该系统当蓄电池短路或者欠电压时,将蓄电池与DC/DC电路断开,避免DC/DC的输出电压被拉低,使得转向电机和控制器由动力电池和DC/DC电路提供A级电压电源,维持转向助力状态,提高行车安全。
