A safe and reliable rail transit carriage butt joint device comprises a box body, a first through hole is formed in the middle of the top side of the box body, a vertical shaft is installed in the first through hole through a bearing, a first bevel gear is arranged at the upper end of the vertical shaft, second bevel gears are arranged on the left side and the right side of the first bevel gear, and coaxial gears are installed on the second bevel gears through one-way bearings. An electric generator is arranged under the box body, the rotation shaft of the electric generator is connected to agear column, an inverted L shaped rod is connected to the upper ends of the neighbored sides of two vertical shafts; a transverse pipe is arranged between two box bodies; a third through hole is formed in the left end of the transverse pipe; an inserting rod is arranged in the third through hole; the right end of the inserting rod is connected with the left side of a first piston; the periphery ofthe first piston is in airtight sliding fit with the inner periphery of the transverse pipe; the lateral surface of the first piston is provided with fine holes, the right end of the transverse pipeis connected with the inverted L-shaped rod on the right side through an automatic coupler in a clamped mode, and the transverse pipe is filled with hydraulic oil. The device is used for buffering theimpact force generated when the carriages are in butt joint, kinetic energy generated by steering and bumping of the carriages is used for generating power, and market requirements can be met.

    一种安全可靠的轨道交通车厢对接装置,包括盒体,盒体顶侧中间有第一通孔,第一通孔内通过轴承安装竖轴,竖轴上端有第一斜齿轮,第一斜齿轮左右两侧有第二斜齿轮,第二斜齿轮通过单向轴承安装同轴的齿轮,盒体下有发电机,发电机的转轴连接齿轮柱,两个竖轴相邻侧上端连接倒L型杆,两个盒体之间有横管,横管左端有第三通孔,第三通孔内安装插杆,插杆右端连接第一活塞左侧,第一活塞外周与横管内周气密滑动配合,第一活塞侧面开设细孔,横管右端与右侧的倒L型杆通过自动车钩卡接连接,横管内注满液压油。本发明通过液压缸缓冲车厢对接时的冲击力,并利用车厢转向、颠簸产生的动能进行发电,能够满足市场需求。
