The environment sensing module is configured to acquire vehicle position information and environment information; the system also comprises a decision control module connected with the environment sensing module, wherein the decision control module is configured to plan an advancing path according to the vehicle position information and the environment information, and the decision control module is further configured to plan a target advancing speed according to the advancing path; and a bottom layer control module connected with the decision control module, wherein the bottom layer control module is configured to perform steering control according to the path and the vehicle position information, and the bottom layer control module is further configured to perform speed control according to the target advancing speed.
