The invention discloses a household electric vehicle charging device which comprises a plug, a charging head and a charging wire, the plug and the charging head are fixed to the two ends of the charging wire, the plug is used for being inserted into a socket, the charging head is used for being inserted into the vehicle, a take-up box is arranged on the charging wire, and a wire winding shaft is arranged in the take-up box. The charging wire is wound on the wire winding shaft, a circuit channel is formed in the wire winding box, the charging wire penetrates through the circuit channel, a casing channel is formed in the front end of the circuit channel, a casing storage groove is formed in the lower side wall of the casing channel, and a push plate capable of ascending and descending is arranged in the casing storage groove. A plurality of sleeve shells is stacked on the upper side surface of the push plate. According to the household electric vehicle charging device, through the arrangement of the take-up box, the sleeve shell channel and the sleeve shell, the charging wire can be partially hardened in a sleeve shell assembling mode, so that the charging wire can fall in a right-angle falling mode, and a series of problems caused by wire flying in the prior art are avoided.
