The invention discloses a chromium mirror manufacturing process for an automobile rearview mirror. The chromium mirror manufacturing process comprises the following steps: cutting a white glass sheetinto a plurality of lenses by a linear cutting machine;wherein the lens is placed in the cleaning machine, the reverse side of the lens is placed on the baking and bending die, the baking and bendingdie is placed in the U-shaped baking and bending furnace, and the lens is irradiated by the light collecting lamp;the lens is placed in the cleaning machine; putting the lenses on a coating umbrella of a vacuum coating machine, wherein a chromium target is placed in a crucible at the bottom of the vacuum coating machine; inspecting the appearance, reflectivity, distortion rate, coating adhesion, hardness and corrosion resistance of a chromium mirror; grinding four corners of the chromium mirror into arc structures through a circumferential chamfering machine; and checking whether the appearance and the structure are qualified or not after the chromium mirror is cleaned, and adhering to a packaging plate. Light reflected by the chromium mirror is softer and not dazzling, the feeling of dizziness cannot be generated, the safety of automobile driving is improved, the chromium mirror manufacturing process does not need paint spraying and is more environmentally friendly, meanwhile, the corrosion resistance of the chromium mirror is higher, and the demolding phenomenon is not likely to happen.

    本发明公布了一种汽车后视镜用的铬镜制镜工艺,包括直线切割机将白玻璃片切割成若干个镜片;镜片放置在清洗机内,镜片反面放置在烤弯模具上,烤弯模具放入U型烤弯炉内,采用集光灯照射镜片;镜片放置在清洗机内;镜片放置在真空镀膜机的镀膜伞上,真空镀膜机底部的坩埚内放置有铬靶;检验铬镜的外观、反射率、失真率、镀层附着力、硬度和抗腐蚀能力;铬镜的四角通过周圆倒角机研磨成圆弧结构;铬镜清洗后检查外观和结构是否合格,并粘在包装板上。铬镜反射的光更加柔和,不刺眼,不会产生眩晕的感觉,提高了汽车驾驶的安全性,铬镜制镜工艺无需淋漆,更加环保性,同时铬镜的抗腐蚀能力更强,而且不易发生脱膜的现象。
