The motor bracket is fixedly installed on one side of the bottom plate, the rotating motor is fixedly installed at the top of the motorbracket, the gear and the rotating motor are fixedly installed through an output shaft, the annular rack is fixedly installed on the side face of the rotating disc and engaged with the gear, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate, and the rotating disc is rotationally connected to the top of the rotating shaft. The fixed wheel frame is fixedly installed at the bottom of the rotating disc, the supporting wheels are rotationally connected to the bottom of the fixed wheel frame, and the moving wheels are fixedly installed at the bottom of the bottom plate. The problems that tubular pile hoisting is tedious, and sometimes a crane cannot be used are solved, and the hanging bracket for tubular pile construction is simple and convenient.
