The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a tower crane dismantling method. With the tower crane dismantling method, the problems of complex structure and low applicability of a crane boom dismantling method in the prior art are solved. The method comprises the following steps of first, balance weight dismantling, wherein a hoisting trolley is fixed to the root partof a crane boom, and balance weights are dismantled by using a steel wire rope by virtue of a hoist, connecting plates mounted on the balance weights are dismantled firstly, and then the balance weights are dismantled in sequence according to the opposite sequence of the balance weights; second, cargo boom dismantling; third, cargo boom dismantling and placement, wherein two hinge pins of a lowerchord on the cargo boom to be dismantled are dismantled by utilizing a lifting hook connected to a steel wire rope, and then the dismantled cargo boom is hoisted to the ground by utilizing the liftinghook; and fourth, supporting arm dismantling, wherein a supporting arm installed on the tower crane can be utilized to enable the supporting arm to be used in cooperation with a short supporting rodand a long supporting rod, and high-altitude dismantling is completed on the balance arm under the effect that a motor drives winding of the steel wire rope.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,尤其涉及一种塔式起重机拆除方法,解决了现有技术中的对起重机的起重臂拆卸方法结构复杂,且适用性低的问题,包括S1、平衡重块拆卸:将起吊小车固定在起重臂根部,借助吊车利用钢丝绳将平衡重块吊装拆卸,先将平衡重块上安装的连接板拆下,然后按照配重的相反顺序,依次将平衡重块拆下;S2、起重臂拆卸;S3、起重臂的拆放:利用钢丝绳连接的吊钩,将待拆起重臂上的下弦杆两销轴从其上拆下,然后利用吊钩将拆下的起重臂吊装至地面;S4:支撑臂的拆卸,可以利用塔式起重机上安装的支撑臂,使支撑臂与短撑杆和长撑杆相互配合,在电机带动收卷钢丝绳的作用下,在平衡臂上完成高空拆除。
