The self-propelled trolley assembly comprises a self-propelled trolley frame body, a lifting hook, a steel wire rope, four idler wheels with motors and a winch, and the idler wheels and the winch are arranged on the self-propelled trolley frame body; and one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winch, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected withthe lifting hook, an I-shaped steel sliding rail penetrating through the frame body is arranged on the lifting frame body, and the idler wheels of the self-propelled trolley assembly are arranged inthe I-shaped steel sliding rail. According to the self-propelled trolley sand lifting and breaking system, high-altitude hoisting operation of personnel is not needed, and potential safety hazards arethoroughly eliminated; the winch and the self-propelled trolley operate in a combined manner, so that collision and resilience are effectively avoided, safety and stability are achieved, and the increasingly-increased sand adding amount requirement on the site is infinitely met; a sand bag can be recycled; and disassembling, assembling and transporting are convenient and quick, the sand tank assemblies can be increased or decreased according to production requirements, flexible sand adding and storing are achieved, and the sand supply efficiency is greatly improved compared with traditional crane operation.
