The invention discloses a plate turnover lifting weight. The plate turnover lifting weight comprises a steel plate and a lug plate, wherein clamping plates are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the lug plate; auxiliary grooves are formed in the clamping plates; clamping main plates are arranged in the auxiliary grooves; a rotatable connecting lifting plate is arranged betweenthe two clamping main plates; a detachable lifting ring is connected to the connecting lifting plate through a connecting piece; each clamping plate comprises a clamping part and fixing parts which are integrally formed with the clamping part; the fixing parts are symmetrically arranged on one side of the clamping part; fixing holes are formed in the fixing parts; stepped grooves are formed in themiddle positions of the clamping main plates; and connecting holes are formed in the clamping main plates and located on one sides of the stepped grooves. The plate turnover lifting weight has the beneficial effects that the contact area between the clamping plates and the steel plate is larger than that of a conventional welding type plate turnover lifting lug, and the steel plate is not prone to distortion; and in addition, the plate turnover lifting weight is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient and rapid to install and disassemble and capable of being repeatedly used, and the costof the welding type lifting lug is effectively saved.

    本发明公开了一种板片翻身吊码,包括钢板、耳板,所述耳板的上下两面设置有卡板,所述卡板上开设有辅助槽,所述辅助槽内设置有夹紧主板,两个所述夹紧主板之间设置有可转动的连接吊板,所述连接吊板上通过连接件连接有可拆卸吊环,所述卡板包括卡接部、与所述卡接部一体成型的固定部,所述固定部对称设置在卡接部一侧,所述固定部上开设有固定孔,所述夹紧主板的中间位置开设有阶梯槽,所述夹紧主板上位于阶梯槽一侧开设有连接孔。本发明的有益效果是,此卡板与钢板的接触面积比常规的焊接式板片翻身吊耳大,钢板不易扭曲变形,此外,此板片翻身吊码结构简单,成本较低,安装拆卸方便快捷,可以重复使用,有效的节约了焊接式吊耳的成本。
