The influence of medium-high frequency vibration on the photoelectric pod reconnaissance precisioncan be effectively solved on the premise of not changing the structures of the inner frame and the outer frame of the two-axis four-frame mechanism photoelectric pod; two-stage vibration isolation iscarried out by additionally arranging vibration isolation mechanisms between an aerial carrier base and the outer frame and between the outer frame and the inner frame, and the influence of medium-high frequency vibration on work of the photoelectric pod is effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the distance between the inner frame and the outer frame is shortened through the two-stage vibration isolation design, the space of the pod body can be effectively utilized, and the balance weight of the inner frame is reduced. In summary, angular displacement caused by various medium-high frequency vibrations can be effectively solved, the measurement precision of the photoelectric pod is improved, the use efficiency of the internal space of the photoelectric pod is improved, and the photoelectric podcan be widely applied to various aircraft carriers and ship-borne photoelectric pods.

    本发明提供了一种被动隔振的两轴四框架机构光电吊舱,在不改变两轴四框架光电吊舱内框架和外框架结构的前提下,能够有效地解决中高频振动对光电吊舱侦察精度的影响,通过在载机基座和外框架、外框架和内框架间增加隔振机构进行两级隔振,有效地解决中高频振动对光电吊舱工作的影响。同时,两级隔振设计缩小了内外框架间距离,可以有效利用吊舱本体的空间、减小内框架的配重。总结来说,本发明能有效解决各种中高频振动引起的角位移,提升光电吊舱的测量精度,增加光电吊舱内部空间使用效率,可广泛应用于各型机载体、舰载光电吊舱中。
