The invention discloses an aircraft nacelle noise elimination structure and belongs to the technical field of aircraft parts. The aircraft nacelle noise elimination structure is formed through additive manufacturing and comprises a honeycomb interlayer, a microporous plate and a back plate, wherein the microporous plate is cylindrical, and a plurality of micro through holes are formed in the microporous plate; the honeycomb sandwich layer is connected to the microporous plate in a sleeving manner, the honeycomb sandwich layer comprises a plurality of unit cell units, each unit cell unit is communicated with one micro through hole, and at least part of the unit cell units are different in height; the back plate is connected to the honeycomb interlayer in a sleeving mode and blocks the honeycomb interlayer, and the back plate adapts to the height change of each unit cell unit. According to the aircraft nacelle noise elimination structure, the heights of the unit cell units are set in different areas where the noise elimination structure is arranged, so absorption of noise with different wavelengths is achieved; the additive manufacturing technology is applied, the design freedom degree is improved, and forming difficulty is reduced; meanwhile, the height of each unit cell unit is set as required so that the overall weight is optimized.

    本发明公开了一种飞机短舱消声结构,属于飞机零部件技术领域。所述飞机短舱消声结构通过增材制造成型,其包括蜂窝夹层、微孔板和背板,其中,微孔板呈筒状,微孔板上开设有多个微通孔;蜂窝夹层套设连接在微孔板上,蜂窝夹层包括多个单胞单元,每个单胞单元与一个微通孔相连通,至少部分单胞单元的高度不相同;背板套设连接在蜂窝夹层上并封堵蜂窝夹层,且背板适应各个单胞单元的高度变化。本发明的飞机短舱消声结构,在消声结构布置的不同区域,设置各个单胞单元的高度,以实现不同波长噪声的吸收;应用增材制造技术,提升了设计自由度,降低了成型难度;同时各个单胞单元根据需求进行高度设置,使整体重量达到了最优化的效果。
