The invention discloses a parachute bay isolation device capable of stopping rotation and installing a balloon parachute, which is characterized by comprising a main cover plate, a plurality of rotation stopping pin shaft mounting holes, balloon umbrella mounting holes, secondary umbrella connecting holes and parachute bay connecting piece mounting holes are formed in the main cover plate so as tocorrespondingly mount the rotation stopping pin shafts, the primary balloon umbrellas, the secondary umbrellas and the parachute bay connecting pieces; and one end of the rotation stopping pin shaftis fixed in the rotation stopping pin shaft mounting hole, and the other end of the rotation stopping pin shaft is fixed in the mounting hole of the parachute bay, so that the parachute bay isolationdevice and the parachute bay are prevented from rotating relatively when the weapon ammunition enters high-speed rotation after being launched. The invention further provides an installation method ofthe parachute bay isolation device capable of stopping rotation and installing the balloon parachute. The parachute bay isolation device and the parachute bay can be prevented from rotating under thehigh-rotating-speed working condition of decelerated loads, a parachute bay isolation device connecting piece is prevented from being twisted off, and it is guaranteed that a parachute system works according to working procedures.
本发明公开了一种可止旋和安装气球伞的伞舱隔离装置,其特征在于,该伞舱隔离装置包括主盖板;所述主盖板上设有若干止旋销轴安装孔、气球伞安装孔、二级伞连接孔以及伞舱连接件安装孔,以对应安装止旋销轴、一级气球伞、二级伞以及伞舱连接件;其中所述止旋销轴的一端固定于所述止旋销轴安装孔内,另一端固定于伞舱的安装孔内,以阻止武器弹药发射后进入高速旋转时所述伞舱隔离装置与伞舱产生相对旋转。本发明还提供了一种可止旋和安装气球伞的伞舱隔离装置的安装方法。本发明能够防止被减速载荷高转速工况下伞舱隔离装置和伞舱发生旋转,防止扭断伞舱隔离装置连接件、保证降落伞系统按工作程序工作。
