The remote sensing monitoring system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, supporting rods are connected to the left side face and the right side face of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, first motors are connected to the bottom faces of the supporting rods, and a propeller is fixedly connected tothe surfaces of output shafts of the first motors in a sleeving mode; and the bottom surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is connected with supporting legs. According to the remote sensing monitoring system based on the unmanned aerial vehicle, a second motor, a screw rod and a first sliding rod are arranged, the second motor rotates to enable the screw sleeve to slide on the surface of the screw rod, the protective covers are driven to slide on the surface of the first sliding rod, and the two protective covers are opened towards the two sides of the remote sensing sensor to expose the remote sensing sensor; and the condition of dust accumulation on the surface of the remote sensing sensor during flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided, and the accuracy of measured data is improved.
