The invention provides a separated electro-hydraulic composite underwater control module which is an underwater control module based on a traditional underwater control module and has a simpler structure. And the underwater control module is composed of an SCM main body, an SCM mounting base, a hydraulic fly line and an electrical fly line. The SCM main body is arranged on the SCM mounting base, ahydraulic female joint and an electrical female joint are arranged on the transition plate, a hydraulic male joint is arranged on the hydraulic fly line, and an electrical male joint is arranged on the electrical fly line. The hydraulic male connector and the electrical male connector are connected to a hydraulic female connector and an electrical female connector on the SCM body by a diver. Compared with a traditional underwater control module, the underwater control module has the advantages that a complex butt joint locking mechanism and a plate type hydraulic/electrical connector are omitted, and fault points are reduced. The underwater control module has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in reliability, capable of being installed without an ROV and the like.

    本发明提供一种分离式电液复合水下控制模块,是一种基于传统水下控制模块的具备更精简的结构的水下控制模块。所述水下控制模块由SCM主体、SCM安装基座、液压飞线、电气飞线组成。SCM主体安装于SCM安装基座上,过渡板上有上有液压母接头和电气母接头,液压飞线上有液压公接头,电气飞线上有电气公接头。液压公接头和电气公接头由潜水员连接到SCM主体上的液压母接头和电气母接头。与传统水下控制模块相比,水下控制模块省去了复杂的对接锁紧机构和板板式液压/电气接头,减少了故障点。水下控制模块具有结构简单、可靠性高、无需ROV即可完成安装等特点。
