The invention belongs to the field of electric bicycles, and provides an electric power-assisted bicycle lower tube recasting integrated structure and a production method, the lower tube recasting integrated structure comprises a lower pipe, a joint and a motor base, the joint and the motor base are fixedly installed at two ends of the lower pipe respectively, the lower pipe, the joint and the motor base are integrally formed. A cavity is formed in the lower pipe, reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cavity, and the production method comprises the following steps of 1, integrally forming the lower pipe, the connector and the motor base by adding molten aluminum into a recast mold; 2, arranging reinforcing ribs in the formed lower pipe; 3, sawing a cap opening of the formed lower pipe and roughly grinding the formed lower pipe; 4, machining the formed lower pipe; and 5, polishing the formed lower pipe. According to the method, unstable quality and unstable appearance caused by welding bead problems are avoided, the production cost is reduced, and the attractiveness of the whole frame is improved; and high practicability is realized.

    本发明属于电动自行车领域,提供一种电动助力自行车下管重铸一体式结构及生产方法,所述下管重铸一体式结构包括下管、接头和马达座,所述接头和马达座分别固定安装于下管的两端,所述下管、接头和马达座一体成型设置,所述下管上开设有空腔,所述空腔内设置有加强筋,所述生产方法包括如下步骤:步骤一,下管、接头和马达座通过铝水加入重铸模具一体成型;步骤二,对成型后的下管内部设置加强筋;步骤三,对成型后的下管进行锯帽口和粗磨;步骤四,对成型后的下管进行机加工;步骤五,对成型后的下管进行抛光。本发明避免了因焊接焊道问题接配合不稳定质量及外观的不稳定,降低了生产成本,提高了整体车架的美观;具有很强的实用性。
