The invention discloses a railway vehicle state monitoring device which structurally comprises a supporting column seat block, a magnetic disc band-type brake rotating seat, a concave lug plate seat,an illuminating lamp tube, a Bluetooth transmitter and a monitoring head case. The railway vehicle state monitoring device realizes matching between the magnetic disc band-type brake rotating seat andthe monitoring head case. A monitoring head case is matched with elevation angle and inclination angle regulation and control monitoring at the tops of a band-type brake magnetic disc block and an end cover shell groove, so that the neutral shaft end of the band-type brake magnetic disc block is matched with an upper parting end face disc and a lower parting end face disc to achieve the effect ofclamping a hinge wheel belt; when the neutral shaft disengages, an upper wheel disc and a lower wheel disc which are pressed form an intermittent type, the rotation elevation angle and the inclination angle of the magnetic valve are adjusted through dragging endurance of the different-face magnetic tape block and the rotor tape frame block, and then the maneuverability of the lens for preventinginertia off-axis downward turning is improved through the tensioning wheel disc frame and the bevel bracket. And the follow-up shaft disc wheel leading linkage obtains the adjusting effect of connection of the rack pull belt and the rotor, and the overall railway vehicle condition range scanning monitoring operation effect is improved.

    本发明公开了铁道车辆状态监视装置,其结构包括:支柱座块、磁盘抱闸转座、凹型耳板座、照明灯筒、蓝牙发射器、监控头机箱,本发明实现了运用磁盘抱闸转座与监控头机箱相配合,通过监控头机箱在抱闸磁盘块与端盖壳槽顶部配合仰角和倾角调控监视,让抱闸磁盘块的中性轴端配合上下分型端面盘形成装夹铰轮轮带效果,当中心轴脱轴时,压贴的上下轮盘形成间歇式通过异面磁带块与转子带架块曳拉续航调整磁阀回转仰角和倾角镜头架护操作效果,再通过张紧轮盘架与折角托座从而提升镜头防惯性脱轴下翻的机动性,且后续的轴盘轮引联动性得到机架拉带和转子接洽的调整效果,提升整体的铁道车辆状况范围性扫视监控操作效果。
