The swing bolster is arranged below a frame, the frame is arranged below a framework of the bogie, a connecting hole is formed in the middle of the swing bolster in the vertical direction, and the lower end of a center pin of the bogie is rotatably connected into the connecting hole of the swing bolster. The length of the center pin of the center suspension device can be reduced, the lower end of the center pin can be limited to reduce the swing amplitude of the center pin, then the swingamplitude of a frame can be reduced to reduce the opening size of a rail beam, the purpose of reducing the structural size of the rail beam and a pier column is achieved, and the weight of the pier column and the rail beam can be reduced. Furthermore construction cost is reduced.
