The suspension device further comprises an eccentric part, and the eccentric part is arranged on the support body androtatably connected with the support body around an axis A; the eccentric part is provided with an eccentric hole, and the central axis of the eccentric hole does not coincide with the axis A; the hinge shaft is arranged in the eccentric hole of the eccentric part in a penetrating manner; the eccentric part rotates around the axis A to change the position of the articulated shaft so as to realizethe movement of the position of the axle fixed on the guide arm assembly; the hinged shaft is adjusted through the eccentric part, so that the corresponding guide arm assembly moves forwards and backwards relative to the vehicle body to achieve the purpose of finely adjusting the axle.
