The invention belongs to the field of rubber, and relates to low-rolling-resistance rubber and a track; the rubber raw material comprises raw rubber, an accelerant, a vulcanizing agent, an activatingagent, an anti-aging agent, carbon black, a flame retardant and a light stabilizer, and the low-rolling-resistance rubber is prepared by mixing through an open type rubber mixing mill. The track comprises tooth rubber arranged on the annular inner side of the caterpillar band and pattern side rubber arranged on the annular outer side of the caterpillar band. When the rubber disclosed by the invention is prepared, the self-made vulcanizing agent which is good in dispersity, high in vulcanizing speed and good in vulcanizing performance is added into the rubber, so that the hysteresis characteristic of the rubber is reduced, and the rolling resistance of the rubber is effectively reduced while the comprehensive performance of the rubber is maintained.

    本发明属于橡胶领域,涉及一种低滚动阻力橡胶和履带,橡胶原料包括生胶、促进剂、硫化剂、活化剂、防老剂、炭黑、阻燃剂、光稳定剂,通过开放式炼胶机混合制备而成。所述履带包括设于履带环状内侧的齿胶和设于履带环状外侧的花纹侧胶。本发明所述的橡胶制备时加入了在橡胶中分散性好、硫化速度快、硫化性能好的自制硫化剂,降低了橡胶的滞后特性,在保持橡胶综合性能的同时,有效降低橡胶的滚动阻力。
