The invention relates to the technical field of escalator emergency braking equipment, and discloses a triggering mechanism for emergency braking of an escalator. The triggering mechanism for emergency braking of the escalator comprises an escalator pedal, wherein a comb plate is arranged at the top of the escalator pedal; movable connecting plates are slidably connected to the interiors of grooves of the comb plate; an induction device is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end of the inner wall of each groove of the comb plate; and an induction connecting shaft fixedly connected withone ends of the movable connecting plates is movably connected into each induction device in a sleeved mode. According to the triggering mechanism for emergency braking of the escalator, the inductionconnecting shaft and a mounting structure on the induction connecting shaft are arranged, and a linkage mechanism of the movable connecting plates is arranged, so that an emergency braking system ofthe escalator can be automatically triggered in time to force the escalator to stop in case of emergency, an emergency braking button does not need to be manually pressed any more, the reaction sensitivity is high, the controllability is good, and the safety of the escalator in the running process is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及扶梯紧急制动设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于电动扶梯紧急制动的触发机构,包括扶梯踏板,所述扶梯踏板的顶部设有梳齿板,所述梳齿板凹槽的内部滑动连接有活动连板,所述梳齿板每组凹槽内壁顶端的中部均固定安装有感应装置,所述感应装置的内部活动套接有与活动连板的一端固定连接的感应连轴。该用于电动扶梯紧急制动的触发机构,对于感应连轴及其上安装结构的设置,并通过活动连板的联动机构,在发生紧急情况时,可以及时自动触发该电动扶梯的紧急制动系统以迫使其停止下来,而不再需要人为的去手动按压紧急制动按钮,反应的灵敏度较高且可控性较好,极大地提高了该电动扶梯在运行过程中的安全性。
