The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle oil tank high-altitude air-entraining pressurization system and method adopting an aviation turbocharging piston engine as power. Compressed air ina pressure stabilizing box of a certain aviation turbocharging piston engine is adopted to pressurize an oil tank of an unmanned aerial vehicle at high altitude after being subjected to safety treatment. The oil tank high-altitude air-entraining pressurization system comprises an engine pressure stabilizing box, a one-way valve, an air filter, a pressure reducer, a flow limiting piece, an air-entraining electric switch, a safety valve and an unmanned aerial vehicle oil tank. According to the system and method, the air-entraining pressurization mechanical link is simplified, the oil tank air-entraining opening time is automatically controlled, compressed air does not need to be pre-cooled, and the air-entraining flow does not need to be adjusted. On the premise of not increasing the structural complexity of the unmanned aerial vehicle and not influencing the output effective power of the engine, the high-altitude fuel evaporation loss is effectively reduced, the oil pump cavitation is prevented, and the stable operation of the engine is ensured.
本发明涉及一种采用航空涡轮增压活塞发动机为动力的无人机油箱高空引气增压系统和引气增压方法。采用某航空涡轮增压活塞发动机稳压箱内的压缩空气经安全处理后给无人机油箱高空增压。所述油箱高空引气增压系统包括:发动机稳压箱、单向阀、空气滤、减压器、限流片、引气电动开关、安全阀和无人机油箱。本系统和方法简化引气增压机械环节、自动控制油箱引气开启时机、压缩空气无需预冷、引气流量无需调节。在不增加无人机结构复杂性、不影响发动机输出有效功率的前提下,有效减少高空燃油蒸发损失、防止油泵气蚀,保证发动机稳定工作。
