The invention discloses an aircraft fault safety brake control system which comprises an information acquisition unit, a data processing unit, a simulation processing unit, an automatic brake controlunit, an automatic brake execution unit and a brake control valve. The dynamic brake control unit, the automatic brake execution unit, the brake control valve, the preset obstacle category, the firstthreshold value and the second threshold value are arranged, the second threshold value is larger than the first threshold value, and when an obstacle is recognized and the instantaneous speed of an airplane is larger than the first threshold value, the automatic brake control unit is started to drive the brake control valve to perform small-pressure automatic brake; and if the obstacle is recognized and the instantaneous speed of the airplane is greater than a second threshold value, the automatic brake control unit is started to drive the brake control valve to carry out large-pressure automatic brake, so that different-pressure brake is carried out for the obstacle at different speeds, and the safety performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种飞机故障安全刹车控制系统,包括信息采集单元、数据处理单元、仿真处理单元、自动刹车控制单元、自动刹车制动执行单元、刹车控制阀。本发明通过设置动刹车控制单元、自动刹车制动执行单元、刹车控制阀,预设定障碍物类别以及第一阈值及第二阈值,其中第二阈值大于所述第一阈值,对于识别到障碍物,且飞机的瞬时速度大于第一阈值,则启动自动刹车控制单元驱动刹车控制阀进行小压力自动刹车;对于识别到障碍物,且飞机的瞬时速度大于第二阈值,则启动自动刹车控制单元驱动刹车控制阀进行大压力自动刹车,从而实现针对不同速度下遇到障碍物进行不同压力的刹车,增加安全性能。
