The invention discloses an emergency floating device of an underwater robot, and relates to the field of marine technical equipment. The problems that the gravity of an existing underwater robot is increased and the floating speed is reduced due to the fact that the volume of the existing underwater robot is small and the function feasibility of a floating device needs to be assisted by other devices are solved. According to the invention, a watertight chemical reaction cabin, a pressure-bearing power battery pack and an elastic shell cabin door are arranged on the gravity center line of the underwater robot from top to bottom; two guide pieces are vertically and oppositely arranged on the two sides of the watertight chemical reaction cabin; the two side portions of the watertight chemicalreaction cabin are connected with the two guide pieces correspondingly; a gas separator wraps ammonium dichromate and is placed in the watertight chemical reaction cabin; an air bag is embedded in the top of the watertight chemical reaction cabin, the bottom of the air bag is connected with the gas separator through an inflation pipe, and the inflation valve is arranged on the inflation pipe. Themethod is used for optimizing the functionality of internal devices of the underwater robot and the proportion of the volume of the internal devices, and the net buoyancy of the underwater robot is increased.

    一种水下机器人紧急上浮装置,它涉及海洋技术装备领域。本发明解决了现有的水下机器人由于容积狭小,且上浮装置功能可行性需要其他装置辅助完成,导致水下机器人自身重力增加、上浮速度降低的问题。本发明的水密化学反应舱、承压动力电池组和弹性壳体舱门在水下机器人的重心线上自上而下排列,两个导向件竖直相对设置在水密化学反应舱两侧,水密化学反应舱两侧部分别与两个导向件连接,气体分离器包裹重铬酸铵并放置在水密化学反应舱内部,气囊镶嵌在水密化学反应舱顶部,气囊底部通过充气管与气体分离器连接,所述充气管上设有充气阀门。本发明用于优化水下机器人内部装置的功能性与所占体积的比例,增加水下机器人的净浮力。
