The self-discharging arm shelf comprises a shelf base, the left and right positions ofthe upper end face of the shelf base are each provided with a positioning base, positioning grooves are formed in the positioning bases, and groove body positioning parts on the two sides of a self-discharging arm are positioned on the pair of positioning grooves respectively; the left side and the right side of the middle of the shelf base are each provided with an eye plate, binding holes used for being connected with binding devices are formed in the eye plates, the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the shelf base are each provided with a limiting ring used for limiting the corresponding binding device, and the self-unloading arms are fixed to the positioning grooves through the binding devices. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of manufacturing the self-discharging arm shelf, installing the laser calibration device on the self-discharging arm, calibrating the free state position of the supporting part of the self-discharging arm, installing the self-discharging arm, adjusting the deflection of the self-discharging arm, installing the self-discharging arm shelf and the like. Reliable fixation of the self-discharging arm in the idle state is achievedthrough a simple structure, and the structural stability of the self-discharging arm is improved.
