The invention provides a stiffening beam connecting structure and a connecting method thereof, and belongs to the field of vehicle structures. The stiffening beam connecting structure comprises a mainbeam formed by splicing a plurality of metal plates, wherein the cross section of the main beam is in a closed shape; and at least one reinforcing support, wherein each reinforcing support is arranged in the main beam, the cross section of each reinforcing support is in a closed shape. The outer side of each reinforcing support is partially arranged to be connected with at least one metal plate in a welded mode before the main beam forms the closed-shaped cross section; an adhesive is arranged on the outer side of the other part of each reinforcing support, and the adhesive is configured to generate adhesive force with preset strength in a heating manner after the main beam forms a closed cross section, so that the outer side of the other part of each reinforcing support is connected withthe main beam. The invention further provides a connecting method of the stiffening beam connecting structure. The stiffening beam connecting structure has high bending resistance and torsion resistance, the process operability is high, and the stiffening beam connecting structure is simple and easy to implement.

    本发明提供一种加强梁连接结构及其连接方法,属于车辆结构领域。该加强梁连接结构包括:主梁,由多块钣金拼接而成且其横截面呈封闭形状;和至少一个加强支架,每一加强支架均设置于主梁的内部且其横截面呈封闭形状,每一加强支架的部分外侧配置成在所述主梁形成封闭形状的横截面之前与至少一块所述钣金通过焊接相连,每一所述加强支架的其他部分外侧设有粘合剂,所述粘合剂配置成在所述主梁形成封闭形状的横截面后通过加热的方式使其产生预设强度的粘结力,以连接每一所述加强支架的所述其他部分外侧与所述主梁。本发明还提供了上述加强梁连接结构的连接方法。本发明的加强梁连接结构具有较高的抗弯和抗扭性能,工艺可操作性强,且简单易行。
