The invention provides a load-bearing steering device of an unpowered platform trailer. The steering device comprises a steering center shaft, a deep groove ball bearing and a roller device, the steering center shaft is arranged on a front wheel bogie, the deep groove ball bearing is arranged on the upper portion of the steering center shaft, the roller device is arranged on the lower portion of the steering center shaft and comprises twelve rollers, twelve rotating shafts, an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring is sleeved on the steering center shaft to be positioned, each roller corresponds to one rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft inwards traverses through the side wall of the outer ring and is inserted into the side wall of the inner ring, the other end of the rotating shaft is outwards connected with a ball bearing in the roller, and the rotating shaft is circumferentially distributed around the central axis of the inner ring. According to the device, a combined structure of the bearing and the roller mechanism is used for bearing axial and radial loads borne by a vehicle body steering part when the platform trailer works, the strength of the overall structure of the roller body and the bearing installed in the roller body, it is guaranteed that the bogie rotates flexibly, the failure rate of the platform trailer is effectively reduced, and the servicelife of equipment is greatly prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种无动力平板拖车承重转向装置,该装置包括转向中心轴、深沟球轴承、滚轮装置;转向中心轴设于前轮转向架上,转向中心轴上部布置深沟球轴承,下部布置滚轮装置,滚轮装置包括12个滚轮、12个转轴、内环和外环,内环套在转向中心轴上定位,每个滚轮对应一个转轴,转轴的的一端朝内穿过外环的侧壁插入到内环的侧壁上,另一端朝外与滚轮内部的球轴承连接,转轴围绕内环的中心轴呈圆周分布。本发明的装置利用轴承及滚轮机构组合式结构,承担平板拖车工作时车体转向部分所受的轴向及径向载荷,滚轮体整体结构自身的强度及其内部安装的轴承,确保了转向架转动灵活,有效降低了平台车故障率,大大提升了设备使用寿命。
