The invention discloses a split type steering engine which comprises an upper shell structure, the upper shell structure comprises a first cavity used for containing an input and output shaft system assembly; a second cavity which is formed in the side wall of the first cavity, communicates with the first cavity through a connecting window and is used for containing the worm assembly; a lower shell structurewhich comprises a third cavity formed in a fourth cavity, the upper end of the third cavity is used for being connected with the first cavity, and the lower end of the third cavity communicates with the fourth cavity; a fourth cavity which is used for allowing a rack bushing and a rack to penetrate through; the first fixing structure is formed on the third cavity beside the fourth cavity and is used for connecting and fixing an auxiliary frame; wherein the steering engine input and output shaft system assembly and the worm assembly are in meshing transmission through the connectingwindow, and the input and output shaft system assembly transmits an input steering source to the worm assembly and the rack. The steering engine is designed to be of a split structure, mold strippingis easy, modular production and assembly can be achieved through the split structure, subsequent maintenance is facilitated, and the production cost of the steering engine is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种分体式转向机,包括上壳体结构包括第一腔体用于容置输入输出轴系总成;第二腔体形成于第一腔体的侧壁上,且其与第一腔体通过连接窗连通,其用于容置蜗杆总成;下壳体结构包括:第三腔体形成于第四腔体上,其上端部用于连接第一腔体,其下端部连通第四腔体;第四腔体用于穿设齿条衬套和齿条;第一固定结构形成于第四腔体旁侧的第三腔体上,其用于连接固定副车架;其中,转向机输入输出轴系总成和蜗杆总成通过所述连接窗齿合传动,输入输出轴系总成将输入的转向源传动至蜗杆总成和齿条。本发明将转向机设计为分体结构易于出模,分体式结构能形成模块化生产、组装,不仅有利于后续维修,也有利于降低转向机生产成本。
