The embodiment of the invention provides a high-redundancy brake-by-wire system capable of supporting a deep energy recovery function of an electric automobile. The system comprises a brake pedal, a pedal push rod, a variable-transmission-ratio transmission mechanism, a speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism, a first cavity, a second cavity, a first piston, a second piston, an electronic power-assisted motor, an Ebooster controller, a hydraulic adjusting unit, a brake wheel cylinder, a pedal displacement sensor and a hydraulic pressure sensor. The second cavity for boosting and pressure building of an electronic boosting motor is connected with a braking system of a driving shaft of the electric vehicle and is matched with a braking energy recovery system of the electric vehicle torealize a deep braking energy recovery function; the high-redundancy backup function of the whole vehicle braking system is achieved based on a hydraulic pressure building mechanism of a first cavityvariable-transmission-ratio mechanical structure and independent pressure building and coordination control of a second cavity of electric power assisted pressure building; accurate pressure controlis realized by using the hydraulic pressure sensor; and due to the use of the variable transmission ratio mechanism, a driver feels more comfortable on the brake pedal, and the brake system is safer and more reliable.

    本发明实施例提供了支持电动汽车深度能量回收功能的高冗余性线控制动系统,系统包括制动踏板、踏板推杆、变传动比传动机构、减速増扭机构、第一腔室、第二腔室、第一活塞、第二活塞、电子助力电机、Ebooster控制器、液压调节单元、制动轮缸、踏板位移传感器和液压力传感器。本发明中电子助力电机助力建压的第二腔室与电动车驱动轴的制动系统连接,配合电动汽车制动能量回收系统实现深度的制动能量回收功能;基于第一腔室变传动比机械结构的液压力建立机制和电助力建压的第二腔室独立建压和协调控制实现整车制动系统的高冗余备份功能;液压力传感器的使用实现精准压力控制;变传动比机构的使用使得驾驶员的制动踏板感更为舒适、制动系统更为安全可靠。
